UGAX originated from the brand UGA, which was founded in 2005. UGAX ENGINEERING was established in 2016 and the company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. In 2019, UGAX ENGINEERING established a production and assembly base in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It currently has 4 technical engineers in China.
