This VMC is suitable for the mechanical processing and mold making. And it can adapt to the processing requirement from rough machining to finish machining. It can also finish many working procedures like milling, drilling, tapping and boring etc.
Product Feature:
1) Wide base design with three sets of precision linear roller ways and 5 sliding block on X and Y axes, and two sets of precision linear roller ways and 6 sliding blocks on Z aixs. The machines are suitable for both rough and finish machining because of high rigidity, precision and stability.
2) Ball screw's driving end equipped with 4 precision angular contact ball bearings and the other end with 3 ones, ball screw pre-extended.
3) Spindle supported by 5 precision angular contact ball bearings. With good rigidity for cutting.
4) Turning area can be supplied with full coolant.
