Taesin 3 Axis CNC Machining Center castings use high-quality-and-stability with Germany-standard Meehannite Cast Iron and digitizing formula to ensure the quality of castings. Castings is also analyzed by FEM standard. For strengthening structure design, improve the rib configuration, casting design and rigidity of the machine.

Taesin 3 Axis CNC Machining Center provides a advantage of combining the productivity with versatility and flexibility. Taesin CNC Machining Center is designed with a good blend of speed, torque and power to provide highest performance and Stability. The cutting capability can let you do any machining with the help of high performance spindle technology, powerful control and human-friendly design. Loading and unloading are easily controlled; programs and data can be effectively managed; chips and coolant can be easily managed.

The structure with C-frame approach and heavy cast iron construction can ensure the quick, efficient cutting force transfer from spindle to column and finally to the base of the machine. The FEA design had been used to perfect the column, carrier, saddle, cast bed and table components to let the CNC Machining Center have good rigidity, stiffness precision and faster moverments.

Saddle is wider and thicker to ensure the ability of heavy duty when processing.
In spindle box, rib is reinforced to strengthen the contact surface between spindle box and column and provides great support.
All the parts are Germany, Japan and Taiwan imported components to ensure the durability and long-term stability of machine.
