Product Features:

1. The machine bed, column, saddle, worktable, main spindle box and other main basic parts are made of high quality cast iron. It adopts special casting process to improve the mechanical properties of materials. After annealing treatment and vibration aging, remove stress to ensure good rigidity and damping characteristic when the machine tool is used for cutting.

2. Assembly main joint surface are hand scraping to ensure the effective contact of the joint surfaces.

3. The spindle motor and pulley are tested by the dynamic balancing instrument to ensure smooth operation.
