Description

Titanium screws are one of the ultra-high-strength screws produced by special materials.

Titanium screws, as the name implies, is a type of hole-type screws produced by titanium material. The mechanical properties of the copper cylindrical head screws. Titanium screws have high hardness, expensive materials, and difficult processing.

The preparation method of the black surface anti-high temperature oxidation coating especially relates to the integrated technology of micro-arc oxidation and silane modified powder. Salt or sulfate aqueous solution or two mixed salts are used as the electrolyte for micro-arc oxidation. Weak acid is added to adjust the pH of the electrolyte, and aluminum-containing powder is added to the electrolyte, or rare earth powder is added on the basis of the previous one. Disperse it evenly in the electrolyte. The electrolyte remains alkaline. After chemical reaction, electrochemical reaction and plasma action, a composite coating with little or no pores is formed on the surface of the titanium alloy substrate. The coating appears black. It has excellent high temperature oxidation resistance and radiation characteristics, as well as good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The coating preparation method also has the characteristics of environmental protection and short process time.
