Low Pressure Die Casting Machine With Two Indipendent Manipulators Water Tap /Water Meter

Large furnace melting rate, capacity is up to 700kg/h, for the operation with 2 manipulators working together.I.Fully automatic machine with two manipulators mounted on a rotary turning device and one furnace for the cost-effective production of high-quality casting products.

• Max die dimensions: 600 x400x240 mm

• Quick die change flanges

• Simple furnace control electrics

• Productivity per shift (8 hours): 700 castings
• Two dies can be used simultaneously, same or different
• Two independent rotary manipulators with electric and hydraulic driven movements
• One pressurized 160 kW furnace equipped with electro-mechanic lifting system
