The Low Pressure Die casting machine are mainly for brass alloy and zinc alloy metal products, especially on faucets, valve bodies and sanitary fittings and accessories. To fulfill the different capacity requirement of customers, we have

1. Operation Control System: With Siemens PLC control device;Manipulator is with servo motor driving unit, linear guilding rail system, to move the manipulator in horizontal and vertical direction: faster, more stable and high precision control performances.

2. Induction furance: power is 105KW; Large melt content up to 1800kg,;Melting capacity is 350KG/H, stepless power adjustment; With 3*35KW inductors, each inductor is water cooling, water flow detection device on water jackets; Induction furnace heating methods: standard with gas burner, electricity heating for option ( extra cost); Hydraulic opening device mounted on furnace cover..

3. Receiving car: with performances of moving up-down; forward & backward; Transport the casting products to storage vehicles directly..

4. Die Cleaning Chamber: shot blasting device (copper powder blasting) for the cleaning of the dies.; The dies can be moved to cleaning chamber automatically for cleaning process @ heavy oxidized contaminations condition.

5. Crane with electric hoist: Effective lifting weight 500kg; Crane is used to lift the furnace cover for furnace cleaning, maintenance etc.

6.Graphite Bath: With performances of Constant temperature and graphite agitation. With 2 sperated tanks, tubes and agitators made of stainless steel material( SUS 316L). Used for die cooling and coating; Graphite coating is for easier pieces removal and die's temperature control.
