CNC Plate Drilling Machine is for drilling and milling plate type workpiece which in buildings, bridges, towers and other steel structure industry, and also can process tube plate, baffle plate and circular flange of boiler and petrochemical industry.It can drill through-hole, blind-hole, ladder hole, hole-end chamfering and milling, etc.

Features:

1. The downward drilling stroke of the main shaft of this machine is up to 180mm, so the length of the drill bit is not limited. When the drill bit moves downward and does not touch the workpiece, it is a fast movement. Once it touches the workpiece, it will automatically change to the working speed, and after drilling through, it will automatically return quickly, so it saves time.

2. The equipment is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which can effectively improve the service life of the equipment.

3. The hydraulic station is equipped with an air cooling system.

4. This software is the host computer programming software developed by our company and matched with the Mitsubishi programmable controller (FX3GA-60MT). The software has the following main features:
