The valve plate is a device used to control the flow of fluid, usually composed of valve body, spool, seat and other components. It can be used to adjust the flow, pressure and direction of the fluid to realize the switching, regulating and diverting functions of the fluid. Valve plate is widely used in industry, construction, energy and other fields, common valve plate types include ball valve, gate valve, butterfly valve and so on. It can be manufactured by CNC engraving, Sand Casting, transparent acrylic(PMMA/PC) 3D Printing. The selection of the valve plate should be determined according to the specific working conditions and requirements to ensure its normal operation and safety and reliability.

Nominal pressure:
(1) Vacuum valve: refers to the valve whose working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure.
(2) Low pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN ≤1.6Mpa valve.
(3) Medium pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN of 2.5Mpa, 4.0Mpa, 6.4Mpa valve.
(4) High pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN of 10.0Mpa ~ 80.0Mpa valve.
(5) Ultra-high pressure valve: refers to the nominal pressure PN≥100.0Mpa valve.
