The old pump models are BA, B single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, in the 1980s, according to international standards and the actual situation of drainage and irrigation machinery, the replacement of centrifugal pump products in China, and the production of IB, IQ single-stage centrifugal pump series products, has been listed as national professional standards and industry standards.
Single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, water enters the impeller from the axial single side, and there is only one impeller, so it is called single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. It is characterized by higher head, smaller flow, simple structure and convenient use compared with mixed flow pump and axial flow pump.
IQ single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump (also known as light and small centrifugal pump) is designed for the national conditions and to meet the requirements of simple structure, light weight, low price, good performance and convenient supporting, a total of 84 products, divided into 3 derivative series, 413 specifications.
(1) Performance range pump caliber 50 ~ 200 mm, flow 12.5 ~ 400 cubic meters/hour, lift 8 ~ 125 meters, supporting power with diesel engine direct connection, belt drive, motor direct connection, power 1.1 ~ 110 kW, speed 1450 ~ 2900 RPM.
(2) Structure type Light and small centrifugal pump for axial suction single-stage single-suction suspension type centrifugal pump, pump body open the door, the outlet is located in the center upward, the back cover is inserted, the bearing body is directly connected with the pump body, the pump foot is located below the pump body, the bearing is lubricated with butter, shaft seal is divided into soft packing, mechanical seal, rubber oil seal three kinds. The impeller is closed, and the drive is divided into two kinds: coupling drive and belt drive. Pump impeller steering: from the direction of the pump inlet, the impeller steering is clockwise, and when the pump is directly connected with the diesel engine, it is counterclockwise. The pump outlet can be equipped with a manual pump, which can remove the bottom valve, reduce hydraulic loss, and make the pump self-priming.
