Product Description

The Reducer is an independent component composed of gear Transmission, worm transmission and gear-worm transmission enclosed in a rigid Housing, which is commonly used as a reduction transmission device between the actuator and the working machine. It matches the speed and transmits the torque between the prime mover and the working machine or the actuator, and is widely used in modern machinery. It can be manufactured by CNC engraving, Sand Casting, transparent acrylic(PMMA/PC) 3D Printing.

The main feature of worm gear reducer is that it has a reverse self-locking function, which can have a larger reduction ratio, and the input shaft and output shaft are not on the same axis or on the same plane. However, the general volume is large, the transmission efficiency is not high, and the accuracy is not high. The harmonic transmission of harmonic reducer is the use of flexible components controllable elastic deformation to transfer motion and power, small volume, high precision, but the disadvantage is that the flexible wheel life is limited, impact resistance, rigidity and metal parts compared to poor. The input speed cannot be too high. The advantages of the planetary reducer are that the structure is relatively compact, the return gap is small, the accuracy is high, the service life is long, and the rated output torque can be great. But the price is a little expensive. The gear reducer has the characteristics of small volume and large torque transmission. The gear reducer is designed and manufactured on the basis of the modular combination system. There are many motor combinations, installation forms and structural schemes. The transmission ratio is graded and fine to meet different working conditions and achieve mechatronics integration. Gear reducer has high transmission efficiency, low energy consumption and superior performance. Cycloidal pin gear reducer is a transmission model using cycloidal pin gear meshing planetary transmission principle, is an ideal transmission device, has many advantages, wide use, and can be positive and negative operation.
