Product Description

Hybrid Transmission Housing is a combination of the strengths of the two but relatively complex. It is composed of two sets of motors, two sets of planetary wheels and three sets of clutches. The most direct benefit of such a variety of working modes and fine control is that the engine and the battery motor have their own strengths, fixing the engine at the lowest burn-up speed as much as possible, and making good use of the battery motor's high torque output characteristics when additional power is needed, effectively combining the two. Of course, the reliability, power and operation accuracy of the control motor are also very high. It can be manufactured by CNC engraving, Sand Casting, transparent acrylic(PMMA/PC) 3D Printing.

The electronic control system, called TPIM, integrates the high-voltage inverter module inside the Housing, which is more integrated and safer than the THS hybrid system used by Toyota.
