The main processing parts of the separated Reducer box are: bearing support hole, joint surface, end face, base (assembly base), upper plane, bolt hole, thread hole, etc. It can be manufactured by CNC engraving, Sand Casting, transparent acrylic(PMMA/PC) 3D Printing. The technical requirements for these processing parts are:
1, the reducer box, the upper plane of the cover and the combined surface and the bottom surface of the body and the combined surface must be parallel, and the error is more than 0.06/1000mmK
2, the surface roughness of the reducer box joint surface Ra plant does not exceed the gap between the two joint surfaces does not exceed 0.03m, take 0.02mm.
3. The axis of the bearing support hole must be on the joint surface, and the error shall not exceed 0.2mm.
4. The dimensional tolerance of the bearing support hole is generally HT, the surface roughness Ra is less than 1.6m, the cylindricity error is not more than half of the aperture tolerance, and the hole distance accuracy tolerance is 0.03mm~ 0.05mm.
5, the bottom surface of the reducer box is the installation benchmark, to ensure the accuracy of 0.2mm.

6. The screw holes on each surface of the reducer box have position requirements, and the position tolerance is 0.15mm
