XD-CNC1120 11-axis Camless CNC Spring Forming Machine processing wire diameter is from 0.2mm to 2.3mm, which adopts unique camless and rocker armless designed, knife shelf is controlled by 8 pairs of independent servo motor, sliding arms adopt two way railing structure. The machine has totally eleven axis to work synchronously or separately, eight forming servo motors, one wire feeding servo motor, one quill ratating servo motor and one spinner turnning servo motor. And it is versatile which has a wide range of application in the industrial field for all kind of springs, including all types of compression springs, single or double torsion springs, tension springs, abnormal shape springs, strip wire springs, wire forming products and so on.
