Feeture

It has the advantages of traditional spring machines, also have high speed and accuracy of modern spring machine with computer-controlled servo system.

1.Using servo control system and full digital drive. Camshaft can rotate positive and negative, wire sending spool can send wires forward and back.

2.Using large numbers (Matrix) touch screen, keys simultaneously with the film, so make ore easier of computer operation.

3.Using micro current detection technology exclusively, to achieve high sensitivity probe, no need deceleration while detection, and 20 times sensitive than ordinary.

4.It can increase or decrease capacity by turning the hand wheel at any time while producing. And also allows wire sending spool increase or decrease the length of wires.

5.Unique wire-sending shelf with integration function module, can save complicated circuit of traditional wire-sending shelf, and allows computer control the motor of wire-sending shelf directly.

6.All computer output external circuits, use contact short circuit protection technology, save trouble of replacing fuse.
