The spring machine adopts Taiwan CNC control system and Japan Sanyo / Yaskawa Servo Motors to control the feeding system and Cam system synchronously.

Our Machine Spring second hand spring coiling machine committed to the pursuit of stability and precision, all mainly accessories of the spring machine, such as wheel gear, motor, bearing are all importing form Japan. Besides, we will do enough producing processes to ensure the stability and pricision as well. for example, we do steel pretreatment to prevent deformation, 12 steps of producing parts to ensure precision.

Make it more clearly with numbers, our machine can finsih adjustment in half an hour before producing, and continue producing for 1 hour without any adjustment more, other machines may need 1.5 or 2 hour to finish adjustment before producing, and check or adjust the machine every 15 mins, because their machines are not stable and precision enough.

Service

1) Installation & Commissioning: The seller can provide the installation, commissioning

and training service in buyer's factory, while the buyer needs to pay for VISA application,

air ticket, accommodation, USD100/day/person as commissioning fee, and (if necessary) interpreting fee for seller’s technician.

2) After one year, the buyer needs to pay USD200/day/person as service charge, as well

as the fee of VISA application, air ticket , accommodation, and (if necessary) interpreting fee for seller’s technician.

2. Warranty:For the machine above,the seller provides one year warranty starting from the

moment the seller dispatches the machines. For the detailed guarantee period of each

part, please refer to the operation manual.Wearing parts,consumption material and the

damage incurred by the buyer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range.
