Automatic Video Coordinate Measuring Machine digitalizes the object image observed under the microscope projector by using the optical coordinate principle, combines the computer software to measure and plot the geometric size of the object, and can tabulate the data and carry out post-processing. It is suitable for engineering development, drawing and product surveying and testing of machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, moulds and precision hardware.
It has the characteristics of high intelligence and automation, and can make the whole measurement process simple and easy. Through simple programming, the automatic image measuring instrument can easily learn all the operation process of the operator, and realize artificial intelligence by combining its automatic focusing and region search, target locking, edge extraction, and fuzzy operation of point selection. It can automatically correct the offset caused by the difference of workpiece and position to achieve precise point selection with high accuracy and repeatability.
