Working Principle:

The Three-cylinder Sand Rotary Dryer adopts the Germany's advanced technology, full consideration and using the principle of the role of the dryer and greatly improve the efficiency, make the material sufficient heat exchange , three cylinder in turn from the inside to out, from hot to cold stratify, decorate, and surrounded by, with each other, make the cylinder cooling area is greatly reduced, and the heat exchange area is multiplied, reduces the exhaust temperature, and loading of each cylinder body has a certain angle, more in line with the material movement and heat exchange of the feed plate to further improve the efficiency of the drying material.

• Rotary dryer outside is sprayed paint with 400°C high temperature resistant.
• Raising plate blade is made of wear-resistant steel plate, blade density is high, so as to improve the yield and reduce energy consumption.

Drying System:

The dry mix mortar drying system includes wet sand silo, fuel bin, furnace in fluid bed,
