Color Coated Slitting Steel Coils for Construction

Galvanized Coils are made from a base of Cold Rolled or HR P&O Steel. The Steel passes through a zinc coating process that prevents the steel from rust.

Slit coils are manufactured through a process called coil slitting. It involves a coil slitting line that cuts a master coil of metal into several narrower coils as it runs through a set of slitting knives. The continuous process is very precise one of the best ways to cut metal.

Our capabilities include galvanized coils, galvanized sheets and galvanized slit coils.

We offer Prime grade material with MTC (Mill Test Certificate).

Product Description

1. Brief introduction
It is galvanized steel sheet with zinc and aluminum, and is the ideal combination of anti-corrosion and alkali-resistance of zinc, and the durability, heat-resistance, and acid-resistance of aluminum.The galvanized layer
is consisted of 55% of aluminum and 43.3% of zinc and 1.6% of silicon per weight

Each hot dip galvalumetube wrapped by plastic film and waterproof paper, one steel strip strapping
on the galvalume steel coil circumference. 3 - 5 coils tube packed eye vertical on wood pallet, and
strongly strapped by edge protection, and at least 4 steel straps through coil eye. Coil tube packed
eye to sky on wood pallet
