Dx51d Dx52D Zinc Coated Corrugated Galvanized Steel Roofing Sheet

Galvanized tiles are widely used in a variety of different environments and have a long anti-corrosion life, which varies in different environments.

Advantages:
Low treatment cost, galvanized shingles are less expensive to protect against corrosion than other paint coatings.

Durable, in suburban environments, standard galvanized rustproofing can last 50 years or more without repair. In urban or offshore areas, a standard galvanized rustproof coating can last up to 20 years without repair.

Reliability. The galvanized coating is metallurgically bonded to the steel and becomes part of a rigid surface, making the coating's durability relatively reliable.

The coating is tough, and the galvanized layer forms a special metallurgical structure that can withstand mechanical damage during transportation and use.

Integrity protection: All parts of the plated parts can be galvanized, even in depressions, sharp corners and hidden places.

Saves both time and labor. Galvanizing is faster than other painting methods and avoids the time required for on-site painting after installation.


Galvanized steel coil is a kind of thin steel sheet dipped into a bath of dissolved zinc so that it sticks to a layer of zinc on the surface. At present it mainly uses continuous galvanizing process which is to immerse steel coils in zinc dissolved tank continuously to produce galvanized steel sheets and to alloy galvanized steel sheet.This kind of steel sheet is made by hot dipping,and heated to 500ºC mmediately after it come out of the zinc tank to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. It has an excellent coating adhesion and weldabiity.

The zinc crystals on the surface of galvanized steel show a pattern of scales or blades.The solid galvanized layer provides excellent corrosion resstance,good welding and cold forming properties.The use of galvanized steel can be divided into general use,roofing,corrugated board building side panel structure, deep drawing and so on.
