This production line is specially designed for the surface spraying of gun cabinet metal products, integrating pretreatment, spraying and curing processes in one, adapting to the line operation, with a standard production capacity of 200-300 pieces/day (calculated by 1.5×1m gun cabinet). 1. Pre-treatment system
• Nine-channel cleaning line: including degreasing, washing, phosphating and other processes, equipped with constant temperature heating device (temperature control accuracy ±2℃) • Tunnel drying furnace: stainless steel inner structure, hot air circulation system (working temperature 80-120℃)
Automatic spraying system
