The degreasing and phosphating processes are respectively equipped with oil removal systems and slag removal systems. In order to prevent steam from overflowing at the top of each heating section of the tunnel and at the door opening, exhaust fans are provided at the top of the tunnel.
The pretreatment equipment includes three parts: degreasing (oil removal), rust removal and phosphating.
