The quality inspection part is an important part of production.
Quality inspections include inspection of surface defects of the scissors. There are specialized personnel to check one by one, at least twice for each pair of scissors.

Other quality inspections include the precision of the hole position, the angle of the blade edge, and the groove inspection by a professional. To ensure that each batch of products remains uniform, we will proofread according to the previous dimensions. In this way, each batch of products leaving the factory will be unified. Testing is performed with specialized tools.
Quality inspections also include hardness checks. We use professional hardness testing machines for inspection. Each batch of product will be tested and documented by a single person.
