Features of 60W White LED Arrays:

  1. High Brightness Vertical / Flip-chip LEDs
  2. Eutectic bonding to make sure the fast conductivity of heat, it's aim to the lumen maintenance;
  3. Small Light Emiting surface(LES) to enhance the light density;
  4. Using copper MCPCB to carry the LED chips, the LEDs can be installed directly to the heat sinks.
