Broadcasting standard embedded module design based on the use of advanced video pre-processing technology and efficient video coding algorithm to provide high-quality, low-rate broadcast audio and video signals to high-definition digital television broadcasting systems, mobile TV system, IPTV systems, thereby easily manage network expansion problems, greatly enhance the utilization of the available bandwidth, effectively save transmission costs for operators
