1. capsules loading

Using vibrate plate or rotary barrel to load capsules.

2. auger filling

Using screw feeding machine (110L) or vacuum convey machine (0.5-2.5L) to fill materials into capsules.

3. tamp and clean

Powerful vacuum clean-up device for top edge of capsules/cups to get a good sealing effect.
Pressure adjustable stamping, it compacts powder tightly, when brewing coffee, it will get a good espresso and extrac more crema.

4. precut lids with stack magazine

Vacuum sucker will pick lids from stack, and place precut lids on the top of capsules. It can load 2000 pieces precut lids.
It can dispense lid one by one, and place lids on the capsule's top precisely, guarantee lids in the center of capsule.

5. heat sealing

After lid was placed on the capsule's top, it will has lid sensor to check if has lid on the capsule's top, then heat seal lid on the capsule's top, sealing temperature and pressure can be adjusted.

6. capsules outputing
