Machine Features:

1. This machine can be suitable for different powdery products, such as ground coffee, powdered tea, milk powder, foods ingredient, etc..

2. With vertical k-cup feeding station, to drop the cups into the modules automatically. No cups, then No filling, No Sealing

3. With UV sterilization lamp to make the production meet FDA standard.

4. With Anti-static device to remove statics that coming with the fresh coffee powder.

5. With automatic vacuum coffee powder feeding device to feed the coffee powder from the storage tank to the machine hopper.

6. With Nitrogen flushing function from the capsule loading staiton to the sealing station; also with Nitrogen flushing into the auger hopper;

7. With Servo motor driving the auger filling system, which can ensure the filling accuracy being ±0.15g

8. With mixing motor to flat the powder level inside the auger hopper.

9. With rolled foil punching and forming lids and thermo sealing the lids or die-cutting aluminum lids.

10. With premium quality brass heat sealing module, the sealing effect is pretty good.

11. With automatic swing arm to pickup the ready capsules out.

12. With optional weight checking system and flavor liquid injection system

13. The capsule without lids or not filling capsule will be rejected out automatically.

Additional Options:

1. Remote Controller: if any program system errors when running the machine at customer's plant, we can modify the program at our factory remotely.

2. Flavor adding device:This is a small liquid pump, we can drip a little bit in the capsules, which can change the taste of coffee easily.

3. Auger Powder Feeder: this is used to convey the coffee powder to the small auger hopper. Or, we can use vacuum powder feeder.

4. Automatic sorter machine: this machine is used to sorting and feeding the empty capsules automatically.
