1. cups loading

2. servo auger filling

Provide automatic control of the weight through dosing system by means of servo motor driving the auger screw frequency and the target weight of the capsule by PLC, adjust filling weight on the touchscreen. 2 units of Schneider servo motor driven auger fillers. There’s another stiring motor to turn and flat the coffee powder to keep a relatively stable powder pressure. There’s a sensor inside the hopper to locate the coffee powder level. IF the powder is under the sensor, then the vacuum feeding pump will start work to load the powder inside the hopper automatically. Transparent PMMA glass cover for clear looking the powder level inside the hopper. Constantly Nitrogen flushing in the hopper. The wholeset of dosing system(including the hopper) can be pulled out for clean hopper.

3. press powder and clean capsule rim

Press down the powder after filling process to remove the overflow powder to get a flat surface. Meanwhile, this device will suck the remaining powder on capsule’s rim to SMC filter Jar, so that get good sealing effect.

4. precut films

Automatically suck and put precut film, forming circle lids. Positioning lids accurately. In the long run, save package materials. With Schneider brand servo motor and servo driver to unwind the film and scroll the waste film accurately, which can make sure the good sealing effect. With Omron brand temperature control module, the temperature can be adjusted on the Schneider/Siemens HMI. With Premium good quality cutting knife and brass heat sealing heads, sealing tight and beautiful.

5. heat sealing

Pneumatically driven 4 heat seal foil device. 4 OMRON temperature control module ,adjust temperature on the command operation panel. This heat sealing station can make sure the sealing surface more tight and flat and beautiful.

6. capsules output

Pneumatic driving swing arm will pick up the finished capsules outside.
