1. prepare filter and cup with hot water, and scoop in two tbsp of medium grind coffee ( coarseness of sea salt ) for one cup of water

2. Gently pour in water to saturate the grounds and allow 30 to 45 seconds for the coffee to expand and “bloom”

3. Start pouring water from the center and work your way out gently in circular motion

4. Brewing should take about 2.5 to 3 minutes

5. Enjoy your brew!

6. Clean filter immediately after use. Hand wash with dish soap. For through cleaning. Use a mixture of baking soda and water or if using a dishwasher, to place on the top rack.

For cleaning, do not use abrasive products or aggressive chemicals

Although this product can also be put in the dishwasher, it is recommended to hand wash.
