Mchine application:

The machine is an automatic online type pipe bunding and strpping packing equipment .It can be used for wrapping horizontal shapes of steel pipes, plastic pipes, copper tubes, profiles, bars, panels, and other horizontal objects.

The wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks more tidy.

Machine installation main features:

♦It adopts PLC programmable controller and human-machine dialogue touch screen.
♦Automatic fault alarming.
♦Photoelectricity automatically tracks the length of the package and accurately locates it.
♦The slip ring is integrally cast, the texture is even and firm, the precision is reset, and the slow start and slow stop, the packaging ends, and the automatic positioning.
♦Applicable to a wide range of packaging materials, such as woven tape, wrapping film (PE film / PVC film, etc.), anti-rust film, non-woven fabric, bubble film, plastic tape, composite paper tape, rust-proof paper tape, linen, etc.
