JL PACK Horizontal Copper&Steel Tube Packing Wrapping Machine Stretch with 70r/min speed

Packing machine application and installation:

The horizontal wrapping machine is specialized for Steel & Copper tubes .

The wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks more tidy.Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs.

The machine can be custom designed according to specific object size.

The machine shall be mounted on flat & hard ground, where the ground load should be more than 1ton/m2.

Packing machine installation basic operation:

  • Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished. The next wrapping process should begin after the back line cleared.
  • The wrapping material is tied, fixed and cut by manual.

Packing machine installation main features:

  1. PLC programmable control and HMI operation
  2. Soft stop &soft start functions.
  3. Both automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.
  4. Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.
  5. Automatic fault alarming
  6. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
  7. Packing material tension could be adjusted.
  8. Separate control panel makes operation & maintenance easily.
  9. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
  10. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
  11. Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.
  12. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
