PLC Control Electric Cable Coil Packing Machine Application:
This series cable coil wrapping machine mainly designed for cable industries could be widely used in the outside wrapping of different sized cable coils and other circular articles such as hose coils, pipe coils, wire coil material and so on.
The wrapped cable coils is closely wrapped by the stretch film, which is not only beautiful in looking, but also tidy and safe for storage and transports. Easy operation but with extremely high packing efficiency and low cost.

OPERATIONS:
1. Rotate the “POWER” switch clockwise to connect to the power supply.
2. Rotate the “EMERGENCY STOP” switch clockwise.
3. Hoist the unpackaged object onto the working station, and adjust the protective rollers effectively.
4. Fix Packing tape on the unpacked object.
5. Set the “cutting time” as per different object in the control panel, normally between 3-10 seconds.
6. Press the “RING START” button to run the machine.
7. The machine will stop automatically after a packing process is completed. Cut the packing tape manually and fix it onto the object.
8. Move the package away, thus one packaging is completed.
