Automatic Horizontal Steel Tube Packaging Machine / Pipe Bundle Wrapping Machine

MACHINE APPLICATION:

The pipe wrapping machine is designed for outside wrapping of plastic pipes ,steel pipe, copper pipe and other horizontal objects. The packing machine is able to protect the pipes from damage during handling, transportation and storage. The stretch wrapping machine enables superior product protection, faster and more effective packaging, also greatly reduce materials consumption and energy consumption.

BASIC FEATURES:

  1. PLC programmable controller and man-machine dialogue touchscreen.
  2. Automatic fault alarming.
  3. Friction structure adopted for safe, steady and strong operation.
  4. Photocell sensor adopted for automatic object tracking, precise positioning, convenient and safe for operation.
  5. Special tension adjust system ensures uniform tension of the packing material.
  6. Protective rollers wrapped by polyurethane used to well protect the object from scratches.
  7. Height of the ring center can be adjusted in accordance with the specific product.
  8. Soft start and soft stop ensure safe operation.
  9. Independent control cabinet, convenient for operation and maintenance.
  10. The conveyor length can be customized according needs.
  11. The mechanical hand device can be chosen for automatic material feeding & cutting operation.
  12. Two different material can be wrapped synchronously (optional).
