Automatic Coil Winding Servo Mechanical Tensioner ST Series 6.5~12M/S

Products Features :

1, Feed the wire automatically ,and all using high-precision encoder servo motor .

It has the following advantages than which using stepper motor as the wire

feeding mechanism.

A. With high precision ,stable tension and fast speed ,from zero to the maximum

speed it can be done within 0.3s.

B, High speed torque,so with big tension range then easy to select type;

C, Low Noise.

2, Tension is adjusted by electric drive, just press the button to adjust the tension

to increase or decrease.

3, A/B model the highest wire speed can be adjusted between 6.5 ~ 12 m/S setting

and display;

C/D model the highest wire speed can be adjusted between 10 ~ 22 m/S setting and display

This function can be according to the different products wire speed coil winding

machine to set the maximum following speed of the tensioner,guarantee the tension rod in

a horizontal position so as to ensure the take -up distance .

4, Display last product winding length ,by adjusting the tension value can truly ensure the consistent winding length of each product ( the displayed length values are not

stretched the enameled wire due to the large tension )

5, A/C model Servo Tensioner provides with one period of tension control

B/D model servo Tensioner provides with two period of tension control
