Servo Tensioner

Servo tensiner Unlike traditional tensioning methods,Servo tension device feed the wire automatically depends on the winding requirement.

The tension generate by servo controlled tensiner is very much more stable and consistence,by replacing the spring and tension arm to change its value, this product comes with tension feedback stabilization system that can automatically tension stable equilibrium.compare with mechanical or magnetic type.

Tension can be set from 2g to 800g,it depends on the model.

Servo motor and control system are all packed within the body,SF series is solid and compact in design.

It operates with DC36V electric power.

I.Products Features:

The servo tensioner uses a DC Servo Motor and a Drive as a active wire feeding mechanism.

Its main features are as following :

1,Follow the speed of the winding machine,Active wire feeding

2,DC Servo Motor with High Precision Encoder and Advanced Driving Technology:

A,High following accuracy, good tension stability, acceleration and deceleration up to 0.2S；

B,High speed, high torque, large tension range, simple selection；

C,High efficiency, energy saving and low power consumption. The motor and drive work for a long time

with very low heat generation and no need for heat dissipation.；

D,Stable on-line measurement；

E,It can directly adjust the parameters of motor and the working angle of tension arm by connecting the

USB interface of tensioner with PC software. It is suitable for winding various coil products of various winding machines.

3. Wire speed up to 20 m/s.
