BENEFITS
Low working temperature 40-70°C, to minimize the thermal injury to surrounding tissue
Probe into the diseased area inside human body to make precise and efficient treatment
Dual-polar or multi-polar design, no electrical current to go through patient
Almost no bleeding during surgery, short operation time
Minimally invasive surgery, small trauma, quick recovery
COLD PLASMA SURGERY SYSTEM
The low temperature plasma surgery system uses brief, precise pulses of radiofrequency (RF) energy to cut and coagulate soft tissue. RF energy, combined with a proprietary insulation technology, enables the electrode to dissect with the precision of a scalpel, and the bleeding control of traditional electrosurgery, while producing minimal thermal damage to surrounding tissue. Clinical research has demonstrated that low thermal injury technology offers intra-operative and post-operative benefits.
Plasma technology is a specific waveform of electricity through the dual-pole or multi-pole probe in the human body to stimulate blood, mucosal and soft tissue or nucleus pulposus in the sodium chloride (Nacl) molecules to generate plasma state. Then the plasma high-speed charged particles directly interrupt tissue molecular bonds, and cause organization of protein to vaporize into H2, O2, CO2, N2, CH4 and other low molecular weight gas. Thus plasma surgical system is used for cutting, stripping, puncture, vaporization, hemostasis, ablation, shrinkage and surgical repair of soft tissues in open and closed surgeries.
Characteristics
Cold Plasma RF Surgical System is designed for ablation, resection, and coagulation of soft tissue and hemostasis of blood vessels in ENT surgery. With advanced plasma ablation technology, the system dissolves tissue at the molecular level in a highly-controlled manner with minimal thermal effect on surrounding healthy tissues. The unique design of plasma probes makes it perfect to ablate soft tissues during tissue reduction.
