5754 aluminum alloy has the characteristics of medium strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability and easy to be machined and shaped. It is a typical alloy in al-MG series.In foreign countries, 5754 aluminum alloy plates of different heat treatment states are the main materials used in automobile manufacturing industry (car doors, molds, seals) and canning industry.

1, the surface is not allowed to have cracks, corrosion spots and saltpeter traces.

2. Peeling, bubble, surface roughness and local mechanical damage with a depth not exceeding 8% of the nominal wall thickness of the site where the defect is located are allowed on the surface, but the maximum depth of the defect shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the total area of the defect shall not exceed 5% of the total area of the plate.

Heat treatment process

1) Uniform annealing: heating 440℃;Heat preservation for 12 ~ 14h;Air cooling.

2) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 410℃;Heat preservation time 30 ~ 120min;Air or water cooled.

3) High temperature annealing: heating 350 ~ 420℃;When the thickness of the finished product is ≥6mm or <6mm, the heat preservation time is 2-10min or 10-30min.Air cooling.

4) Low temperature annealing: heating 250 ~ 300℃ or 150 ~ 180℃;The heat preservation time is 1 ~ 2h with air cooling.

Q1. How long can make delivery?
A: For stock products,will make shipments in 2-5 days after receiving deposit or receiving T/T;

for products need new production for common materials,usually make shipments in 7-10 days;

for products need new products for special and rare materials,usually need 15-20 days to make shipment.

A:Samples can be provided with samples' charge and courier fee by the buyer's side.

Q3. What's your payment terms?
A: Down payments 30%TT and balance 70% TT or L/C.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

Airline and sea shipping also optional.

For mass products, ship freight is prefered.
