1. Hydraulic decoiler

Its capacity is 8T, discharging steel coil, vertical and horizontal movement by pistons, so that guide coil could be into de-coiler tension roll.

2. Guiding device

Composed by: extension feeding plate, pressing roller.

Function: Assist to feed steel into straighten machine smoothly.

3. Straighten unit

Steel structure: machine base, housing. A couple of straighten rollers, upper roller wrapped with PU, three pcs of leveling rollers

Function: straighten steel sheet. Straighten rollers can be lifted. Clearance between leveling rollers up and down can be adjusted by hand wheel, to suit for different material thickness.

4. Cutting machine

Composed by machine stand, knife rack, guide track, oil pump and knifes.

Function: due to cutting or special situation, to ensure the steel enter into next process in order.

5. Stacker

Composed by machine stand, support base, big diameter steel roller.

6. Electrical system

Composed by stand electrical cabinet, PLC program installed, touch screen etc.

Function: to control the whole production line.

Technological Process

Coiler loading → feeding-in with guiding (metal sheet is guided into the first forming station) →straighten

→ rolling→ forming→ cutting → stacker running out
