Roof Panel Roll Forming Machinery High Speed Color Sheet Tile Making

The dual layer roof sheet roll forming machine is one most popular type of roll forming machines. It makes two different shapes of color steel roof sheets in one same machine, which is used for buildings, factory, supermarket ect. For this machine, it suits thickness range from 0.4mm to 0.8mm, material is color steel and zinc steel. We adopt 16mm wall board to make machine frame strong. For 800mm effective width profile is similar with floor deck sheet, it will adopt large sizes rollers to form the shape. Usually it can run with the max speed to 15m/min, PLC with touch screen operation make the machine simple and easy to use.
