CNC Milling Machine Main Structure and Technical Features
1. The machine consists of main components such as headstock components, column components, clamp components, counterweight components, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, and electrical controls.
2. The spindle box of machine tool is made of high quality castings. The spindle is driven by a 5.5kw, 4-pole motor to rotate the spindle. The speed is 50~220 rpm. The speed adjustment mode is frequency conversion.
3. The end of the main shaft is BT50 standard shaft end number with 7:24 taper. The roll milling cutter shaft is inserted into the inner taper hole and fixed on the main shaft with tension bolt. The front bearing of the main shaft is composed of high-precision two-way angular contact ball bearing and double row cylindrical roller bearing with inner taper hole, which can bear two-way axial and radial loads, while the rear bearing is cylindrical roller bearing.
4. The column components include column, servo motor and ball screw. It adopts servo motor drive, and then drives the ball screw after decelerating by the synchronous belt pulley, which is reliable in operation and low in maintenance rate.

10. The machine tool adopts PLC control, PLC selects Japanese Mitsubishi brand products, servo motor and driver selects Guangzhou CNC products, and other main low-voltage components use German Schneider brand products.
Mortise and Tenon Milling Machine Overview
1. This machine tool is a special machine tool designed and manufactured by our company for milling the male and female tenons at both ends of the elevator guide rail according to the processing requirements and processing technology of the elevator guide rail.The machine tool is driven by servo motor and ball screw. All the movements are controlled by CNC automatic control, which can ensure the automatic control of fast forward, slow progress, fast progress, fast return to origin and other actions.
2. The machine guide rail and each friction surface are lubricated with an automatic lubrication pump to reduce wear and improve machine life. All necessary safety devices and protective covers are provided to ensure the safety of the operator and the machine. The machine tool design feed height is 860mm.
