The D-series air cooler, also referred to as air cooler, is a cooling device designed to meet the needs of various cold storages, such as civil cold storage or combined cold storage. The D-series air cooler is available in three types: DL, DD, and DJ, all of which are suitable for cold storages with different storage temperatures.

One of the main advantages of the D-series air cooler is its compact structure and lightweight, which makes it a space-saving solution for cold storage. The device also boasts of uniform storage temperature, high efficiency, and fast cooling time.

Using the D-series air cooler for food storage has proven to significantly improve the freshness of the stored food. It prevents the build-up of heat, which can lead to spoilage and decomposition of food items. Furthermore, the device does not occupy cold storage area, which can be used for storing more food items.

Features:

1. The external shell of the product is manufactured using either a plastic spraying process or embossed aluminum plates. The surface is then subjected to a plastic spraying process which offers high resistance to corrosion and an attractive finish.

2. The coil has been designed in a unique way to reduce wind resistance. Upon installation, the copper tube is mechanically expanded to firmly attach to the fin. This helps to reduce contact thermal resistance and enhance heat transfer efficiency.

3. To remove oil, moisture and oxide scale from the tube, the product undergoes a pressure test and is then cleaned with trichloroethylene.

4. Special fan motors are chosen based on their low power consumption, low noise levels, capacity to generate large volumes of air, and long-range functionality. This ensures normal operation even in humid and low-temperature environments.

5. U-shaped tubular stainless steel electric heating tubes are used in this product. They have strong insulation and are inserted into the coil. Power design and spacing distribution are optimized, ensuring short defrosting times and excellent results.

6. The product features slot-type hanger which makes it easy to lift.

7. Before leaving the factory, all products are nitrogen-filled and pressure-maintained.

Applications:

The DL type is ideal for use in cold storage settings where the temperature is around 0℃. Cold storage for fresh eggs and vegetables are two examples of this.

The DD type, on the other hand, is a better fit for colder storage environments where the temperature should be around -18℃. This is ideal for refrigerating frozen foods, such as meat and fish.

Lastly, the DJ type is suitable for the coldest storage scenarios, where the temperature should be about -25℃. This type is perfect for quickly freezing meat, fresh fish products, or prepared foods.
