To improve the uniformity of frosting on coil tubes, the design of air flow and liquid separation circuits has been optimized. Additionally, a new liquid distributor has been implemented to help distribute liquid more evenly.

Efficient Defrosting:

To ensure efficient defrosting, the electric heaters are designed with reasonable spacing and power requirements.

Convenient Installation and Maintenance:

Cleaning and maintaining the air cooler is made easy thanks to its flexible design. Both the water tray and two side panels can be easily disassembled when needed.

Durable:

The air cooler’s shell is made of embossed aluminum plate and sprayed with epoxy resin plastic for durability. Furthermore, high-strength aluminum rivets and stainless steel fasteners were used to make the connectors.
