Working Principle of Color Sorters

When color sorter is working,feed hopper in the materials under the action of vibrator is uniform distribution in each chute.The CCD singal while the materials are dropping is in testing.If it is found that there are unqualified materials or impurities in the materials,the ejector will blow the defective goods in the hopper.

4.Q:How to use the machine?
A:We will supply customer the installation catalog or video online.We will ask our engineer to teach you and Our engineers will also train your person when they go to your place for debugging.


5.Q:How about the sample machines for testing?
A:Sample sending for testing is welcomed.Or you send these three photos,the raw material,good material (which is you want) ,bad material (which is you want to discard).We send our sorting video to you.
