EPDM Granules For KIDS play ground / ECO-friendly / odorless / Color Long-lasting

Product Description

Colored EPDM granules are made from a compound of Virgin EPDM rubber, specialist pigment and UV stabilizers. Blocks of the rubber compound are produced under carefully controlled factory conditions which are then granulated to small, unified crumbs of a definite size (fractional composition) at high speed. Dust is removed at every stage to ensure the finished granules are as clean as possible. Throughout the process, thorough testing ensures that the chemical and physical properties are of consistently high quality.

Standard

Slope: the cross slope of the runway shall not be greater than 1%, and it shall be inclined to the inside low and the outside high. The longitudinal gradient (running direction) of the runway shall not be greater than 0.1%, and the gradient of the semicircle area or court within the runway shall not be greater than 0.5%.
Pass rate of Flatness: the pass rate of flatness shall not be less than 85%. In any direction and position, the fluctuation of sports ground shall not exceed 6 mm in the measuring distance of 3 m, and 4 mm in the measuring distance of 1 m.
