Professional Gloss Meters HG268 gloss meter is developed by 3nh independently with independent intellectual property.features with 20, 60 and 85° angle, manufactured according to ISO2813 and GB/T 9754. It is also compatible with international standards of ASTM D523, ASTM D2457. HG268 conforms to JJG696 first class gloss meter working requirement, corresponding with CIE 1931(2°) under CIE C light source.
HG268 gloss meter is widely used to test glossiness in these industries, such as automobile, paint, ink, stoving varnish, coating, wood products; marble, granite, vitrified polished tile, pottery brick and porcelain; plastic, paper; hardware industries, etc.

In general, gloss meter has 20 °, 45 °, 60 °, 75 °and 85 °specifications. Then how to choose gloss meter angles ? If our customers required us what angle gloss meter to measure the gloss data then we need choose according to the customer's request.
If the customer didn’t specify what angle, it can choose 60 °general version gloss meter, 20 °angle meter is generally used in the gloss products higher than 70Gu, 85 °angle is generally used in gloss products less than 10 °, 45 °And 75 °angles used less, 45 °gloss meter is mainly used for the surface gloss measurement of plastic film, 75 °gloss meter is mainly used for enamel surface gloss measurement.
