The rice milling machine produced by our factory has excellent design, simple structure, convenient operation, light-body, small land occupation, automatic separation of rice bran, and vulnerable parts such as grinding wheel and bran screen are standard parts, which are convenient to replace. Therefore, small and medium-sized grain and rice processing plants are used for wheat, millet, corn, sorghum, rice, etc. The peeling, slag breaking, air separation, and fine grinding of raw grain can be operated alone or in combination with the unit.

Using the rice mill, the rural rice-making process can be simplified as cleaning, rough grinding - fine grinding. The purpose of cleaning is to remove the sand, stone, metal objects, straw, and other impurities in the raw grain, so as to avoid blocking or damaging the rice mill. A simple way is to add a metal wire screen on the head to clean the rice mill. During rough milling, if processing wheat, the shell of the grain should be removed. Because the surface of the grain is relatively smooth and strong during rough milling, it must be ground with strong force. Therefore, the pressure and resistance in the rice milling chamber should be increased, but the principle of less broken rice should be taken as the principle.

The requirement of fine grinding is to make the grain reach the precision of the finished product under the condition of ensuring the integrity of the grain. During fine grinding, the grain surface is astringent and fragile, so it should be ground with less force. As for the number of grinding times, two or three times can be selected according to the conditions of raw grain and the requirements of finished products. They are respectively discharged from the bran screen hole under the suction of the fan and discharged along the machine body. The airflow of the grain separator is drawn out when the grain product is discharged from the rice mouth. The rice grains flow to the bottom of the machine body, and the length of the rice row wing on the grinding wheel is adjusted.

The resistance of the grinding chamber can be changed by adjusting the resistance position, and the effect of bran removal can be controlled by changing the position of the air regulating plate to change the airflow of the bran remover.
