01. Intelligent control
can set multi-stage drying temperature according to the moisture value and customer drying needs to achieve uniform, energy-saving, and fast-drying.
02. On the box
The solid internal support structure can cope with the full load, and the main body is made of high-quality and sufficient materials, which has a longer service life.
03. Drying room
The net plate is made of stainless steel, and the extra-large drying layer increases the exchange time and improves the drying rate, so that the grain can achieve a stable, uniform, and fast-drying effect, saving electricity and energy consumption.
04. Circulation system
The upper and lower non-stirring auger conveying cycle is adopted to avoid grain crushing, realize energy-saving, and trouble-free maintenance.
05. Moisture sensor
During the drying process, the moisture content is automatically determined. After the set value is reached, the equipment can automatically blow air to cool and stop the drying operation.
06. Frequency conversion type material shifting shaft
Using durable shafts and blades for reinforcement, combined with variable frequency shifting shaft control, uniform circulation allows the moisture of the grain to be evenly distributed. The grains in each drying chamber will be dried alternately from four directions, front, back, left, and right.
07. Automatic air duct cleaning structure
The internal hot exhaust duct is automatically cleaned by airflow, and the grain dust is discharged with the grain, and the duct does not accumulate.
08. Quick out of the valley structure
According to customer needs, the bottom can be designed to avoid the use of motors, which can quickly go out of the valley, save electricity and time.
09. Operation panel
