How color sorter machine works

Color sorter machine is mainly composed of a feeding system, an optical detection system, a signal processing system and a separation execution system. A device that automatically sorts out heterogeneous particles in granular materials based on the differences in optical characteristics of the materials. The selected materials enter the machine from the hopper on the top, and the selected materials are transmitted along the channel through the vibration of the vibrator device. Enter the observation area in the sorting room and pass between the sensor and the background board. Under the action of the light source, according to the intensity of the light and the color change, the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to blow out different-colored particles to the waste hopper, and the good selected materials continue to fall to the finished hopper, thereby achieving the purpose of sort.
