ZRWS Intelligent full-color CCD 10 Chutes Rice Color Sorter is specialized for the rice processing industry, and the result of R&D on the use of sorting equipment. The intelligent full-color CCD rice color sorter machine uses 190 billion pixel high-resolution camera for the selection feed color image acquisition and comparison. The system compares rejects and raw materials from the image. It will sort out the black, light yellow, chalky and other particles or impurities in the rice. Separating the rejected and accepted, controlling the quality of rice. Compared with manual sorting, the ZRWS intelligent full-color CCD Color Sorter is faster, more efficient, cleaner, and it also will reduce the costs and waste.
