7. A set of infrared light source is installed in the front and rear separation boxes of the machine to illuminate the materials. At the same time, two infrared InGaAs cameras are installed at the front and rear of each channel. They can respectively obtain two band infrared signals of the two surfaces of the material before and after the material. It can identify the material difference of the complex non-material and realize the sorting.

8. This machine is mainly used for complex non-homogeneous materials, such as removing nut shell, stem, stone, soil block and other impurities from nut kernel at the same time. It is very suitable for almond, almond, hickory, big walnut, pecans, macadamia nut, hazelnut, chestnut, pistachio, peanut, sunflower seed and other materials.
